The long-awaited National event was held on 9 December 2007 at Braddell Heights Community Club Singapore. Many Ranchu admirers, connoisseurs and commerical professional from Belgium, Japan, Thailand and Singapore had come together with them years of Ranchu keeping experiences and aspirations to share and gain the Art of Ranchu Appreciation and Friendship.

This year, Vanda Ranchu Club and Yuhua Community Club have taken a bold step to widen the colaboration and resources with another organisation, Braddell Heights Community Club. The objective is to spread the harmonious activity to the other part of Singapore.

The panel of prominent Judges (Mr. Geert Coppens from Belgium, Mr Tomonori Deguchi from Japan, Mr. Aokoban and Mr. Sural Mongkol from Thailand and Mr. Sean Wee from Vanda Ranchu Club Singapore) was the same evaluators who critiqued the Show Ranchu in 2nd National Ranchu Competition 2006. And the logistic preparation and operation of the enamel basin and side view tanks were proficiently organised by the experienced members of Vanda Ranchu Club, since it was the 3rd time for the club to manage such competition. Many positive feedback with the show management has also been well-received. Credit particularly goes to Mr. Robin Chua, Secretary of Vanda Ranchu Club who led the Team in the process control of the whole competition.
