DO NOT DISTURB THE RANCHU AFTER FEEDING
Ranchu hobbyists enjoy appreciating Ranchu swimming in a white basin. However, Ranchu needs a non disturbing rest after feeding. Else it may cause Ranchu to fall sick easily.
NEVER MAKE CRITICISM OF OTHERS' RANCHU
Always be considerate towards the feeling of the Ranchu owner. Avoid making unpleasant remarks that may cause unhappiness. Ranchu owner will be pleased to know the good points of the fish. If you are not sure with the critic evaluation, do not make false remarks or assumption that can create more ill-feeling and confusion.
DO NOT BAD MOUTH OR GOSSIP ABOUT OTHER HOBBYISTS AND CLUBS
Every Ranchu hobbyist and club has their own rules, keeping and breeding techniques, activities and cultures. It is important to show respect to others' practise and methodology, as well as to oneself.
NEVER TAP OR HIT THE EDGED OF THE TUB OR BASIN
Avoid such action as it may cause greater shock to the Ranchu. Ranchu can fall sick easily when it's in stress.
ALWAYS ASK PERMISSION FROM THE RANCHU OWNER BEFORE RANCHU VIEWING OR PHOTO TAKING
It is impolite for one to step into the Ranchu premises or photograph taking without the ackowledgment of the Ranchu owners.
